Tear-out, Repair and Finish

Project 

Extensive water damage and mold potential made this project very meticulous and difficult. We tore out existing flooring, plywood, tar paper/15lb felt then cleaned and prepped the floor for a new plywood.

Once floor prep was complete, we installed a select oak floor, making it to existing flooring, which is never any easy task.

After the new floor was installed, we did stained the entire floor (new and existing), handrails and staircase.

Result

With a near perfect repair and custom staining, it was a very rewarding project. With a Mizner Style Home and wonderful, accommodating clients, the project was a dream to work on.
